Further to my earlier post about the Google Book Settlement, I registered on their site and discovered that they’ve scanned my poetry book The Glaze from Breaking (there’s a “yes” in the column entitled “Digitized without authorization on or before May 5, 2009″). They also think it’s “commercially available” i.e. in print, even though it not only went out of print several years ago, but my publisher stopped publishing entirely in Spring 2008.
